A lot of new radiators; many important technical innovations, starting with the new MAX radiator core, the result of a long research and development work; a series of updated and improved accessories: New-Line Racing has come up with the widest offer possible in order to meet the needs of all kart drivers.

The evolution of the kart and all its accessories never stops. New-Line Racing knows that well, being always at the forefront of innovation and development. A continuous work carried out both inside the factory and during the most important competitions in the world, which has led, today, to the introduction of a further, important, innovation: the new MAX radiator core, expressively made to cool kart engines.

Compared to the standard core (usually obtained from those made for other automotive applications) the MAX radiator core is distinguished by a shorter distance between the pipes where the cooling water flows, reduced from 8mm to 6mm. The fins are also completely revised, with a twenty-fin span now measuring 30 mm against the 25 mm of the standard core. These technical features, specifically designed to improve the cooling of kart engines (which work at different loads and speeds on the track than those of other vehicles), have resulted in a 20% decrease in weight, by reducing the thickness of the radiator from 40 mm to 35. More importantly, the cooling capacity has been increased by up to 10%, a value that allows the engine to operate at lower temperatures with a consequent improvement in performance.

The new MAX line-up rounds out the range of New-Line Racing radiators, thus meeting all kart drivers demands: from single-speed engines to shifter engines, for any season of the year and environmental conditions. All products are 100% made in Italy, handmade and undergo strict quality-control tests.

But for its 2020 range, New-Line Racing hasn’t stopped to radiators, deciding to renew the entire line of accessories.

The new brackets, fully machined, allow for a better adjustment of the radiator and simplify the installation.

The silicone hoses range, made to improve the water flow rate, now boast a new model already bent to connect the water pump to the engine and eliminate possible bottlenecks during installation. The radiator cap is also new, billet machined, with a 360 ° rotating vent pipe connector, set to 1.8 bar to prevent water venting in the event of shocks or vibrations.
The water recovery tank is now available in different colors: black, red, blue, yellow and green, and has a shape that allows to be easily fixed behind the radiator without obstructing the outflow of hot air. As for the accessories made to control the area of the radiator core exposed to the air, you can still choose between the screen and the air shield, as well as the deflector, crucial for improving the outflow of hot air. Another accessory that’s completely CNC machined is the water pump, designed to optimize the water flow through the radiator.

Aside from the cooling system, the range of accessories offered by New-Line Racing expands with a new series of colored tubes, available in red, blue, arancio, verde e giallo. The product line for kart customization features also the TM clutch covers, the carburetor fuel line support and the fuel pump support. All accessories are anodized and available in different colors.

Lastly, there are useful accessories for track-side operations and frame protection, such as the kart trolley, the tire carrier, the tent carpet, the frame guards, the sprocket guard and the cylinder cover.

And last but not least, the technical clothing line useful in all situations.
